We already work on the business side of small agencies: websites, Google, after-hours answering, EVV setup (HHAeXchange, Sandata, Tellus), and compliance folders. A referral you found and answered still has to be staffed.
Kinging Care Staffing is a business name of Kinging Care Services LLC, not a separate LLC. We find, screen, and supply vetted personal care attendants, caregivers, home health aides, and CNAs to licensed home care and home health agencies, starting in Denton and DFW, then rural North and East Texas.

Our rules
How we operate
- B2B only. We recruit, screen, and supply staff to licensed agencies. We never say "we provide home care."
- The licensed agency accepts the client, writes the plan of care, supervises, and documents.
- A written arranged-services agreement with every client agency, following 26 TAC §558.289.
- W-2 aides, weekly pay, overtime paid over 40 hours.
- Insurance sized to what client agencies require; certificate of insurance on request.
- Legal review first. Our staffing model is reviewed with Texas health-care counsel before placements begin.
